Easy breakfast

Today, I had this for breakfast: two pastured eggs, a red pepper sautéed in butter, and zucchini sautéed in butter, and a homemade chicken breakfast sausage I made yesterday. I’ll post the recipe later.

It would really be a great idea to sautéed the veggies ahead of time and put them into separate containers so you can heat them while the eggs fry and have an even quicker breakfast!

After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I’ve been instructed to eat “3 square meals a day” by Pam Killeen. Number 1 today down!

Zane had two scrambled eggs with about 2 tablespoons of raw cream mixed in. Pam is not worried if he doesn’t eat vegetables. She wants him to eat fats, fats, and some protein. Yum!
