Inspired by this recipe, I added 2 tsp “herbes de Provence” instead of all the spices and about 3 organic sliced carrots.
This is my husband’s favorite food ever and it was approved by 6 year old Z as well! I have it in our crock pot right now and I can’t wait for it to be done. We serve it with steamed cauliflower and pastured butter or just eat it in a big bowl by itself with a dollop of sour cream. I add some Bubbies sauerkraut to help my body digest it.
